GROWING THROUGH SUNDAY SCHOOL Sunday School has some very important benefits for the growing Christian. A Connecting Place Sunday School is the place where members meet and develop significant relationships. Our Sunday School groups are clustered around life stage interests or age graded so that you can interact with other individuals or couples with whom you have a lot in common. Class fellowships are held on a regular basis. A Caring Team The nurturing alliances formed in small groups at Calvary Baptist Church provide opportunities for you to both receive and give care to others. Your Sunday School group will become your life support network. A Growing Place Sunday School groups provide support, feedback and encouragement as they seek to understand and obey God's Word. You don't have to know a lot of Bible to begin . . just be willing to learn. A Launching Pad Each Sunday School group serves as an entrance point to a variety of service opportunities. Many of the groups work together as teams on special ministry projects, and each class has opportunities within the group to be accomplished. For information on classes of all ages, visit the Welcome Center on Sunday in Fellowship Hall, or call the church office and one of our ministry assistants will mail or email a copy of Sunday School class lists. |
